SALT LAKE CITY — DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis combined for 35 points and 20 rebounds, but it wasn't enough for the New Orleans Pelicans as the Utah Jazz prevailed in a 88-83 wire-to-wire victory.

Four Jazz players finished in double-figure scoring, led by Gordon Hayward with 23.

Joe Ingles cashed in four 3-pointers to finish with 12 points.


• Rudy Gobert completed his 44th double-double of the season with 15 points and 15 rebounds.

• With 40 wins, the Jazz have matched its win total from last season with 18 games remaining.

• DeMarcus Cousins struggled on the floor, shooting 5-of-15 for 15 points.

Jazz:Hayward finished with a game-high 23 points.

Pelicans:Davis led the Pelicans with 20 points.
