BOULDER —

The Utah Runnin' Utes had a solid offensive performance and hung on late to beat the Colorado Buffaloes 86-81 Thursday night on the road.


Numbers

• In a pretty even contest from a statistical standpoint, Utah shot 55 percent from the field compared to 44 for Colorado.

• The Utes maintained the lead for the final 29 minutes of the night.

• Both teams had similar balance in scoring, with three players from each side finishing in double figures.

Records: Utah (18-10); Colorado (16-13)


Leaders

Utah: Kyle Kuzma finished with 25 points, six rebounds and an assist.

Colorado: Derrick White led all scorers with 31 points and had six rebounds, five assists and four blocks.
