STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA — The BYU Cougars picked up their second consecutive win on Saturday, topping the Pacific Tigers 62-47 on the road.

The Cougars built an early lead and had an answer each time the Tigers closed the gap before pulling away for good in the second half.


Pacific shot just 31 percent from the field, 40 percent from the free throw line and 19 percent from beyond the 3-point line.

BYU won the assists, steals and blocks battles.

Eric Mika picked up his seventh straight double-double, scoring 17 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.

Pacific's Ray Bowles was the only Tiger to finish in double figures, scoring 14 points.
