SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Jazz once held a 19 point lead over the Phoenix Suns in the 4th quarter, but that lead slowly dwindled as the Jazz had to deal through fatigue and injuries again.

The Jazz who played the L.A. Lakers in L.A. last night surged to a 65-45 halftime lead over the Suns. Little by little the Suns found there way back into the game. Tied with two minutes left Gordon Hayward scored with the assist from Joe Johnson to put the Jazz up by two.

Rudy Gobert scored a career high 22 points. He added 11 rebounds and 4 blocks to his impressive night. Gordon Hayward led all scorers with 28 points.

The Jazz take on the Golden State Warriors at home on Thursday night.
