FILE - In this Feb. 13, 2016 file photo, Luke Bryan performs “Oh No” at the MusiCares Person of the Year tribute honoring Lionel Richie in Los Angeles. Bryan is nominated for entertainer of the year at the Grammys and the Country Music Association Awards. The awards ceremony takes place Sunday, April 3, 2016.

Chris Stapleton dominated at the Grammys and the Country Music Association Awards, but will he repeat at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday?

Yes and no.

Stapleton is the leading nominee with seven, but he's not up for the top award: entertainer of the year. Yet the singer-songwriter has a strong chance to win awards like album and song of the year at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas after collecting two Grammys in February and three CMAs in November.

For entertainer of the year, reigning champ Luke Bryan will battle Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, Eric Church and Miranda Lambert.

Performers include Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Dolly Parton and Katy Perry. Bryan and Dierks Bentley will host the show, to air live on CBS at 8 p.m. Eastern.
