Utah's first presidential preference caucus took place Tuesday

The Utah Democratic Party' official count will be announced at 8 a.m. Wednesday, according to Utah Democratic Party Executive Director Lauren Littlefield. Each caucus host will count the votes three times before the results are announced, Littlefield said.

Expect results from the Republican caucus sometime after polls close at 11 p.m., Tuesday, on utah.gop.
