GUNNISON 16, SOUTH SUMMIT 0: Gunnison routed South Summit. Drew Hill and Jordan Sorensen combined for a no-hitter in the win.


SALEM HILLS 11, HERRIMAN 10: Salem Hills got the winning run on a walk with the bases loaded. The Skyhawks battled back in the final two innings after falling behind by three in the top half of the sixth frame. Lakota Centeno got the win on the mound.

RIVERTON 6, TAYLORSVILLE 2: Riverton opened the game with three runs in the first inning, and picked up another three in the fifth inning to bury Taylorsville.

JUAB 4, WASATCH 2: Juab had a strong fourth inning and won the game despite connecting on just two hits. Dillon Douglas got the victory on the mound.

LEHI 4, TIMPANOGOS 0: Lehi got off to a good start offensively to pick up the shutout. Drew Zimmerman pitched a complete game, allowing just four hits, as the Pioneers got the win.

PROVO 10, TOOELE 4: Provo's Colton Moore and Ty Atkinson combined to four-hit the Buffaloes. Atkinson came on in relief for the final four frames. Jack Rhineer provided the offensive punch for the Bulldogs, going 3-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBIs.

EAST 10, OGDEN 5: Kyle Jenkins smacked a pair of triples for East, and also had four RBIs to lead the home side to the first win of the season.

NORTHRIDGE 9, BRIGHTON 2: Northridge used a big third inning, as Josh Brown and the Knights picked up the win.

GRANTSVILLE 11, MORGAN 6: Trailing by a run entering its half of the sixth inning, Grantsville exploded for six runs and got the win. Riley Smith and Kyle Peterson hit a home run each, and Wyatt Barrus got the victory on the bump and added a double at the plate.

FREMONT 7, BONNEVILLE 6: Fremont broke away with a three-run sixth inning and hung on for the win. Braxton Bullock got the victory on the mound.

DAVIS 5, COPPER HILLS 3: Dom Fuller struck out eight batters through seven innings, and also finished the game 2-for-4 with a double to lead Davis to victory.

CANYON VIEW 6, RICHFIELD 2: Jackson Vassi and Brantzen Blackner both recorded extra base hits to help Canyon View skip past Richfield on the road.

CORNER CANYON 7, HIGHLAND 0: Brayden Erickson pitched six shutout innings, and allowed just four hits on the day to lead Corner Canyon to victory.

LAYTON 8, GRANGER 1: Layton did major damage in the third and fifth innings, and Pete Nielsen was solid on the mound as the Lancers got the win.

JUAN DIEGO 2, OREM 0: Juan Diego came away with the hard-fought win. Ryan Hughes pitched five innings for the victory.

WOODS CROSS 14, ROY 4: Woods Cross broke the game open with a big third inning and cruised to the win. Tanner Hammond got the victory on the mound. Seven Wildcats had multiple hits.

MURRAY 4, LAYTON 0: Sean Speirs netted a pair of goals for Murray, while Tanner Critchfield managed to preserve the shutouts between the posts.

GRANGER 5, JORDAN 0: Granger dominated the second half to get the convincing win. Uriel Heredia delivered a hat trick for the Lancers and J.J. Parente got the shutout in goal.

AMERICAN FORK 1, TIMPANOGOS 1: Trailing by a goal at halftime, American Fork tied things up in the second and neither team could separate itself from there. Six cards were shown in the physical matchup.

BOX ELDER 1, NORTHRIDGE 0: Alex Vargas netted the winner for Box Elder in the second half, and Rusty Lamb and Logan Fryer split the shutout in goal.

ROY 2, FREMONT 1 (2OT): Ben Aikuli-Opara netted both goals for Roy, which included the golden goal in extra time to lift the Royals to the first win of the season.

PROVO 2, PARK CITY 0: Provo controlled the first half and stayed steady to get the win. Tyler Gordon scored for the Bulldogs and they also were beneficiaries of an own goal. Carlos Uribe got the clean sheet.

OREM 1, WESTLAKE 0: Emil Cuello's goal in the second half was the lone score on the day as Orem picked up the win. Colton Konesky got the shutout.

UINTAH 6, BEAR RIVER 0: Connor McKeachnie led the Uintah goal scoring barrage with a pair of goals, while Jackson Bennion managed to record the shutout for Uintah.

LOGAN 3, STANSBURY 3: Jonny Guadarama dished out three assists for Logan, highlighting the 3-3 draw at Stansbury.

SALEM HILLS 9, MANTI 1: Salem Hills began its 4A title defense today against the defending 2A champion Manti. Salem Hills applied steady pressure scattering 9 hits over 6 innings, and played solid defense in the win. Abbie Tuttle hit a Home Run and Alex Oveson pitched 4 hits and 6 strikeouts from the circle. Brooklyn Hatch hit a solo Home Run for Manti.

WESTLAKE 16, WEST JORDAN 0: Sydney Flanagan and Alyssa Pattinson each smacked a pair of triples to pace Westlake in the lopsided win at West Jordan.

MURRAY 18, GRANGER 8: Murray jumped out to an 8-0 lead and cruised to the win. Erin Hohnholt got the win in the circle and added three doubles at the plate.


MAPLE MOUNTAIN 9, PLEASANT GROVE 0: A close game through five innings, Maple Mountain broke things open with a seven-run sixth frame and got the win. Carly Guymon was dominant in the circle for the Golden Eagles, giving up zero runs and registering 14 strikeouts.

BINGHAM 8, SPRINGVILLE 7: Bingham managed to score three runs in the top of the seventh inning to take the lead, and were able to hold on for the road win at Springville. The home team had 10 hits, while the visiting Miners tallied seven on the afternoon.

WEBER 11, AMERICAN FORK 8: Weber rallied for three runs in the final inning, effectively ending American Forks two-game winning streak to start the season.

HERRIMAN 10, SPANISH FORK 6: Bryce Taylor pitched the win on the mound, and also hit a triple to lead Herriman to the win at home.

SKYLINE 14, HIGHLAND 4: Skyline broke the game open in the fourth and fifth innings and cruised to the win. Crystal Canada got the victory in the circle and Barrett Jessop was 3-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs.

BRIGHTON 16, HILLCREST 1: Morganne Cope finished the game 3-for-3 with a double, triple and three RBIs to lead Brighton to the blowout win over Hillcrest.

MOUNTAIN CREST 12, NORTHRIDGE 2: Mountain Crest used a steady onslaught combined with strong pitching from Ashlee Murray to get the win.

OREM 15, MORGAN 0: Kate Donaldson went 3-for-3 with four RBIs, while teammate Hadley Thornton went 2-for-2 with three RBIs to lead Orem to the blowout win.

SYRACUSE 14, BONNEVILLE 0: A seven run fourth inning propelled Syracuse to victory. Demi Hamblin, Kesli Curtis and Lauren Andreason all hit triples in the win.

LAYTON 6, CLEARFIELD 3: Down a run after three innings, Layton scored one in each of the final four frames and held Clearfield scoreless in that span to get the win. Shaylee Flint got the victory in the circle and helped her own cause with a home run.
