CORNER CANYON 46, AMERICAN FORK 43: Braxton Coon scored 16 points and Brayden Johnson added nine points and 13 rebounds as Corner Canyon knocked off American Fork in the last day of the Utah Elite 8 tournament.

LAYTON 53, BINGHAM 50: Jarriesse Blackmon recorded 16 points and nine rebounds, and Jakoby Kemp added 15 points as Layton edged Bingham in the third-place game of the Utah Elite 8 tournament at American Fork.

DAVIS 59, SKY VIEW 56: Jesse Wade finished with 20 points and five steals while Ben Rigby had 14 points and five rebounds as the Darts edged Sky View with an overtime victory. For the Bobcats in the loss, Tyler Downs, Bryce Mortensen, and Riley Panter grabbed eight boards apiece, and Panter finished with 22 points and four 3s.

JUAN DIEGO 77, SUMMIT ACADEMY 45: The Soaring Eagle opened the game up when it poured in 31 points in the second quarter and held Summit Academy to just 14 in the first and third quarters combined. Four different players reached double figures for Juan Diego, led by Connor Fulton with 21 points.

CARBON 59, CANYON VIEW 58: Carbon came away with the win as Canyon View couldnt get a 3-pointer at the buzzer. Four Dinos scored in double figures to lead the way.

SKYLINE, IDAHO 58, CLEARFIELD 52: Brayden Halliday and Cameron Hamer both scored in double figures, but it wasnt enough as Clearfield fell to visiting Skyline, Idaho.

MILLARD 58, GUNNISON 46: Kyler Rowley led Millard with 12 points, and the Eagles pulled away with a big fourth quarter for the nonregion win. Drew Hill led all scorers with 21 points and three 3-pointers for Gunnison in the loss.

DENVER EAST, COLO. 46, OREM 37: Orem jumped out to an 18-8 first-quarter lead against Denver East, but despite 13 points and 11 rebounds from Richard Harward, the Tigers struggled mightily in the fourth quarter in dropping its first game of the season at the Free Tax USA Shootout.

SYRACUSE 52, MADISON, IDAHO 49: Kalvin Mudrow recorded eight points and grabbed 19 rebounds as Syracuse edged visiting Madison, Idaho for the victory.

DUGWAY 53, ROWLAND HALL 51: Four different players reached double figures for the Eagles, including John Catalla and Daniel Shepard, who had 14 points apiece in the win. All four Rowland Hall scorers reach double digits. The Winged Lions were led by Chris Diehl and Luke Roberts, who combined for 31 points in the loss.

PARK CITY 66, NORTH SUMMIT 40: Bosten Van Der Veur sparked the Miners with a game-best 20 points and three other Park City players reached double figures for the one-sided victory.

DESERT HILLS 40, SPRINGVILLE 28: Desert Hills played strong defense and pulled away for the victory at the Ken Robinson Invitational with a strong second half.

WHITEHORSE 58, ALTAMONT 45: Elijah Garcia and Isaiah Martin both scored 10 points to pace Whitehorse to the victory over Altamont at the Sevier Valley Center.

WENDOVER 67, ESCALANTE 31: Wendover built a 36-12 halftime lead and rolled from there against Escalante at the Sevier Valley Center. Dallan Murphy led the way for Wendover with 15 points.

MANILA 61, MILFORD 47: Matt Gonder scored 22 points as Manila methodically pulled away from Milford at the Sevier Valley Center for its first win of the season.

RICH 36, MONTICELLO 30: Class 1As top-ranked Rich played outstanding defense to knock off No. 2 Monticello at the Sevier Valley Center. Wyatt Muirbook scored 16 points to lead the Rebels.

VALLEY 56, DUCHESNE 45: Coleman Sorensen, Austin Spencer and Kobe Shatto all scored in double figures to pace Valley to the victory over Duchesne at the Sevier Valley Center.

PANGUITCH 44, TABIONA 26: Trey Barney led the Bobcats with 18 points, Dason Houston added 12 points, and Mycrae Tebbs had 10 points to lead Panguitch in the lopsided victory.

TINTIC 69, WAYNE 59: Layne Murdoch scored 16 points and was one of four Tintic players to score in double figures as the Miners topped Wayne at the Sevier Valley Center. Bridger Steele added 15 for Tintic, while Brigg Blackburn led Wayne with 16.

PIUTE 61, GREEN RIVER 42: Mason Morgan and JJ Ramos combined to score 27 points as Piute eased past Green River for the victory at the Sevier Valley Center.

RICHLAND, WASH. 55, JORDAN 50: In a game that featured nine lead changes and five ties, Richland, Wash., pulled away from Jordan in the fourth quarter for the victory at the Free Tax USA Shootout. Spencer Curtis scored 14 points in the loss for the Diggers.

MOJAVE, NEV. 70, KANAB 39: Mojave routed Kanab.

DIXIE 73, SPANISH FORK 70: Jake Hawes scored 21 points and RJ Wilgar had 17 points to lead the Flyers in a high-scoring overtime victory over the Dons. Benson Rhees had a game-best 28 points with five 3-pointers to lead Spanish Fork in the loss.

WEST DESERT 56, INTERMOUNTAIN CHRISTIAN 45: Devin Timm and John Reil combined to score 41 points and hit all four of the Hawks 3-pointers as West Desert earned the double-digit win over visiting ICS.

ENTERPRISE 58, MOAPA VALLEY, NEV. 38: After a slow opening half, the Wolves offense exploded in the final 16 minutes, outscoring Moapa Valley 47-19 in the final two quarters. Jake Jones and Ricky Ramos led the way with 10 points apiece while Isaac Wallin added eight points and six assists in the win.

UNION 50, SOUTH SUMMIT 49: After the ball was tipped up three times, Ty Winterton finally grabbed the rebound and hit a bucket at the buzzer to give the Cougars the win. Winterton finished with a game-high 18 points with two 3-pointers while Austin Stewart added 12 for Union. Bracken Santon scored 16 points for the Wildcats in the loss.

PINE VIEW 56, TUBA CITY, ARIZ. 55: The Panthers took advantage of stellar shooting, led by Cody Ruesch who was 8-for-8 from the floor and 2-for-2 from the foul line for 18 points, to eke past Tuba City in the NGS Classic.

TIMPANOGOS 64, KAHUKU, HAWAII 41: Nate Hale recorded 14 points and nine rebounds to lead Timpanogos to the victory over Kahuku, Hawaii at the Free Tax USA Shootout at Orem High School.

TIMPVIEW 61, WASATCH ACADEMY 57: Timpview outscored Wasatch Academy 17-8 in the fourth quarter to pull away for the victory at the Free Tax USA Shootout at Orem High School. Gavin Baxter led the way with 21 points.

LONE PEAK 75, OVERLAND, COLO. 71: Frank Jackson had a monster game scoring 43 points and grabbing 10 rebounds as Lone Peak held off a late rally against Overland, Colo., to pick up the victory at the Free Tax USA Shootout at Orem High School.

KANAB 51, MOAPA VALLEY, NEV. 35: Kanab controlled the game throughout en route to the win. Layne Anderson led the way with 16 points, including four 3-pointers.

PRESTON, IDAHO 42, OGDEN 26: Preston, Idaho, outscored the Tigers by 12 points in the second quarter, and maintained the gap throughout the second half in the Lady Bear Classic tournament. For Ogden in the loss, Xena Motes scored 17 of the Tigers 26 points.

BURLEY, IDAHO 48, WEBER 37: Burley started well and came away with the win.

STANSBURY 50, NORTH SUMMIT 45: Trailing by six entering the fourth quarter, Stansbury played well on both ends of the floor to come back and win the game. Rachel Prescott was the leading scorer with 23 points and Kallie Stewart finished with a double-double, scoring 14 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.

SKYLINE 43, QUEST PREP, NEV. 42: Skyline held a lead late and then barely hung on to beat Quest Prep. Olivia Elliss and Sarah Weixler each scored 12 for the Eagles.

SALEM HILLS 70, HILLCREST 31: Forward Lauren Gustin led the Skyhawks with 10 points, 12 rebounds, and four steals while forward Sadie Lundquist added five points, 11 boards, and seven steals as Salem Hills cruised to the nonregion win. Tiffany Madsen led all scorers with 14 points and Jane Nelson had 12 points and nine steals for the Skyhawks.

BISHOP GORMAN, NEV. 60, AMERICAN FORK 49: Bishop Gorman jumped out to an early lead against the Cavemen in the Las Vegas Invitational, and American Fork could never close the gap. Taylor Moeaki led with 16 points and Paige Farnsworth had 11 points with two 3s in the loss.

LIBERTY, NEV. 42, AMERICAN FORK 40: Taylor Moeaki scored 15 points but it wasnt enough as American Fork narrowly fell to Liberty, Nev. at the Las Vegas Invitational.

DESERT HILLS 59, NORTH SANPETE 44: Ashley Beckstrand and Kenzie Done led the offensive attack for the Thunder, scoring 31 and 18 points, respectively, for the Desert Hills victory.

SOUTH SEVIER 58, GUNNISON 39: South Sevier blew the game open in the third quarter en route to the win. Brielle Chisholm led the way with 19 points.

TINTIC 56, MANILA 22: Tintic built a lead in the first half and then put the clamps down in the second en route to the big win. Ciera and Tina Wall combined for 27 points to lead the way.

DUCHESNE 62, WAYNE 39: Alyssa Nielsen and Shayla Giles combined to score 40 of the Eagles points as Duchesne pulled away with a lead in the first quarter.

KANAB 35, BRYCE VALLEY 34: After the Mustangs controlled the game for over three and a half quarters and held a nine-point lead with just two minutes left, Kanab made a furious rally to tie the score and then draw a foul with five seconds remaining. Shaylee McDonald hit 1 of 2 free throws and Kanab forced a Bryce Valley turnover as time ran out to give the Cowgirls the come-from-behind victory. McDonald finished with a game-high 16 points while Ashlee Chynoweth led the Mustangs with 15 points in the loss.
