STANSBURY 8, JUAB 0: Michaela Didericksen bagged six goals for Stansbury, and the home team managed to hold Juab scoreless in the first round of the 3A State Tournament. Natalie Memmott recorded the shutout.

DIXIE 2, UINTAH 1: Aubri Challis and Starlee Woodbury scored for Dixie as it outlasted Uintah in the second half for the win. Lyndsey Bennion found the net for the Utes.

PAYSON 4, BEN LOMOND 2: Hallie Neves scored a hat trick to lead Payson as it beat Ben Lomond.

NORTH SANPETE 4, TOOELE 3: Angela Clayton scored twice to lead North Sanpete as it built a lead and then hung on to top Tooele.

BEAR RIVER 1, PINE VIEW 0: Sadie Croney scored about 15 minutes into the second half as Bear River knocked off Pine View. Bailey Noyes got the shutout in goal.

DESERT HILLS 3, MORGAN 1: Madi Hansen scored twice to lead Desert Hills in its defeat of Morgan. Brooklyn Lott added a goal for the Thunder and Kazarie Kephart found the net for the Trojans.

CEDAR 2, PARK CITY 1: Cedar took an early lead and then scored late to top Park City.

JUAN DIEGO 0, SNOW CANYON 0 (SOARING EAGLE WON SHOOTOUT 4-1): Juan Diego prevailed in a shootout. Audrey Hall helped preserve the Soaring Eagles shutout in goal.

2A playoffs

MANTI 8, LAYTON CHRISTIAN 0: Mikaela Cox led a balanced scoring attack with three goals as Manti routed Layton Christian. McKenna Christiansen got the shutout in goal.

PAROWAN 0, SOUTH SUMMIT 0 (RAMS WON SHOOTOUT 6-5): In a wildly intense nail-biter, Ally Simpson sealed the win for Parowan as the Rams eighth kicker in a shootout. Taylor Robb held South Summit scoreless in regulation and the two overtimes and Kaylie Orton finished the job in goal in the shootout.

ROWLAND HALL 7, GUNNISON 0: After some halftime adjustments, Rowland Hall went nuts in the second frame to run away from Gunnison. Jessica Sterrett and Lizzy Baer led the Winged Lions with two goals apiece and three others found twine. Alyssa Cole and Nicole Wozniak split the shutout.

ST. JOSEPH 3, MILLARD 3 (EAGLES WON SHOOTOUT 5-4): In a suspenseful showdown, Millard snuck away with the win in a shootout. The Eagles withstood a hat trick from Cristiana Behnken in the second half.

WATERFORD 8, SOUTH SEVIER 0: Eight different players scored for the Ravens as they pummeled South Sevier. Elle Weir got the shutout in goal.

AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 6, BEAVER 0: Sarah Atwood scored four times to lead ALA as it pummeled Beaver. Two others scored for the Beavers and Lexi Johnson got the shutout in goal.

DELTA 3, SUMMIT ACADEMY 0: Deadlocked at halftime, Delta dominated the second frame to get past Summit Academy. Hayley Sorensen scored twice and Miranda Petersen also chipped in a goal for the Rabbits. Maddie Deloach got the shutout in goal.

MAESER PREP 2, GRAND 0: McKenzie Stallings scored twice in the first half and Maeser Prep held on for the win.
