Chris Hines drives to the basket past Oregon's Olu Ashaolu as the Utes' final regular season game turned into a nightmare.

SALT LAKE CITY — University of Utah basketball players Kareem Storey, Chris Hines and Javon Dawson have received releases from their scholarships and will transfer schools, reports Deseret News contributor Bill Riley of ESPN 700.

The trio join Anthony Odunsi in leaving the program since the end of the season. Hines, who is graduating this spring, will be immediately eligible to play at any Division I school.
