SALT LAKE CITY — Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company will hold the eighth annual Cabaret of Fools Benefit Gala & Auction at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center on Saturday, March 31.

Entertainment for the evening will be provided by Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company and local jazz group Haywire Outfit, including an original collaboration with the Company.

Designed to raise funds for its statewide educational and artistic programming, the live and silent auctions will feature 100-plus items — from luxury penthouses in Park City and Puerto Vallarta to a Real Salt Lake package to a Utah Shakespeare Festival package including tickets, flight and hotel.

In its 48th year, Ririe-Woodbury provides educational experiences for more than 35,000 schoolchildren annually with statewide lecture-demonstrations, regional in-depth dance residencies and performances at Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center and Capitol Theatre.

There will also be food from seven featured chefs from Aristo's, Carrie's Cakes, Angela's Catering, Christopher's Prime Steak House & Grill, P.F. Chang's, Tin Angel Café and Vinto.

Tickets are $85, $75 for season ticket holders, and $100 at the door. Call 801-297-4236 or purchase online at
