Two-time U.S. Open champion Tracy Austin has recovered from several crippling injuries and is thinking of returning to competitive tennis."Yeah, I would love to be at Wimbledon," Austin told the New York Daily News in its Friday editions when asked if she might play next year. "I'm kind of thinking about it (a return to the tour). It was very hard to come off the circuit at 21."

Austin, 25, was forced to retire after suffering back problems with sciatic nerve and stress fractures. Other complicating injuries occurred to her shoulder, elbow and foot.
