The leaders of Greece and Turkey failed to resolve conflicts over Cyprus and the Aegean Sea, but they agreed to meet again to discuss thier longstanding disputes.

Premier Turgut Ozal planned to return to Turkey Wednesday after two days of private talks with Greek Premier Andreas Papandreou at a heavily guarded seaside hotel.

They planned to resume their dialogue in the Turkish capital of Ankara later this year, officials said. No date was set for the meeting, but Turkish officials said it probably will be held in October.
