OREM - UVU basketball is now in The Zone.

Utah Valley University Athletics and Utah's Sports Radio Network - 97.5 FM/1280 AM/960 AM - The Zone have reached an agreement to broadcast Wolverine men's basketball games.

Beginning with Friday's season opener, all UVU basketball games will be carried live on 960 AM The Zone.

"Having our games broadcast to a wider audience, on an all-sports station has been a priority for UVU athletics and we're pleased that we'll now be on The Zone," said UVU director of athletics Mike Jacobsen.

"We have been longtime fans of the program so obviously we are thrilled to finally have UVU Basketball in The Zone. Here's to another great season in the Great West and beyond," said Roger Orton, Zone operations manager.
