Japan tsunami: There is a new Mormon Messages Channel playlist called “Faith in Action.” It promises to include videos that examine the “welfare, humanitarian aid and service opportunities that are happening all over the world. No matter how big or how small the service, it is equally important to the Lord.” Check out the first offering on the “Japan Tsunami: Reacting in Love.” Beautiful!

Gilbert Temple: Kathy has been covering the construction progress at the Gilbert LDS Temple via her blog and shares with us some “Pictures on the Inside” of the site from construction worker William, and it’s a fascinating look at what goes into building such an important edifice. Wow!

Rolling Stone: What has it been like for the Provo-based band Fictionist to be in the running for a chance to grace the cover of Rolling Stone? As one band member explained, when he found out: “Excitement. Rolling Stone is iconic in the rock and roll world. To be featured on the cover would be amazing.” Check out Linescratchers’ full interview with the band members about what their experience thus far. Awesome!
