PARK CITY — Two Salt Lake men have been arrested in connection with a pharmacy robbery that Summit County investigators say netted them nearly 4,000 pills.
On Oct. 29, Christopher Tyson Clough entered Albertsons, 3151 Kilby Road, and demanded prescription medication from pharmacy technician Leon Priet Jr., said Summit County Sheriff's Cpl. Ron Bridge.
Priet originally told deputies that Clough had threatened him with a weapon, Bridge said, but an investigation revealed that the men had conspired together to commit the robbery.
Priet was arrested Friday and booked into the Summit County jail for investigation of conspiracy to commit robbery, a third-degree felony. Clough was arrested the following day and booked into jail for investigation of robbery, a second-degree felony.
Bridge said investigators recovered many of the nearly 4,000 OxyContin, Lortab, and Ritalin pills taken in the heist.
