Eddie Wide, Utah: The junior running back makes his first start in place of the injured Matt Asiata. Wide rushed for 129 yards in the Utes' win over Louisville on Sept. 26.
CSU's receivers vs. Utah's cornerbacks: First-year starters R.J. Stanford and Brandon Burton are sure to be tested by quarterback Grant Stucker and the Rams' passing attack.
Utah: Offensive lineman Walter Watts (knee) and running back Sausan Shakerin (shoulder, wrist) are questionable.
CSU: Defensive ends Ty Whittier (neck stinger) and Eugene Daniels (knee sprain) are expected to play.
