Farmington's Daniel Summerhays fired a 69 in the final round of the Nationwide Tour Oregon Classic Sunday and finished in a tie for eighth place at 12-under-par 276, seven shots behind winner Matt Bettencourt.

West Point's Clay Ogden, who started the day in a tie for eighth with Summerhays, could only manage a 73 Sunday, which put him at 280, in a tie for 29th place. Ogden was hoping for another top 25 finish, which would have given him a spot in the next Nationwide event.

Summerhays earned $13,000 and stayed 37th on the money list, while Ogden received $3,375 and moved from 109th to 111th.
