Utah quilters are heading to a "Pieceful Paradise" this week, as the Utah Quilt Guild's Annual Quilt Festival will take place at the Ogden Eccles Conference Center. The event, which runs Wednesday through Saturday, will feature lectures, classes, demonstrations — as well as a chance to mix and mingle with other quilters.

As part of the festival, there is also a quilt show, which is open to the general public. Quilts will be on display from 9-11 a.m. and 2-8 p.m., Wednesday-Friday, and in the morning only on Saturday, in the Grand Ballroom. Admission is $5.

The festival will also feature a variety of vendors offering the latest ideas in fabric, patterns and accessories.
