Will Americans choose hot air as the answer to the cold winds of Nov. 4? Will our nation's energy policy be hot air to inflate our tires, drive our windmills and warm our homes? Some assert that the hot air of "aggressive diplomacy and tough negotiations" will dissuade Iran from making a nuclear bomb and giving it to Jihad terrorists. The United Nations is a monument to hot air.

If more hot air were the answer, this Readers' Forum would have long ago solved the world's problems.
