ROY — Police on Thursday arrested a man wanted in connection with an attempted homicide in Bountiful earlier this week.

The man, whose name and age were not immediately released, was wanted in connection with a stabbing in Bountiful on Wednesday. He was arrested at a "known gang and drug house," near 5000 South and 2325 West, said Roy Police Chief Greg Whinham.

Bountiful police took custody of the man about 6 p.m. Police officials there said no information about the arrest or the stabbing would be released until today.

Four other men were arrested on outstanding warrants and charges ranging from graffiti to drug violations, Whinham said.
