Odd Fellows Hall, seen Thursday, has been lifted 3 feet off the ground, using a latticework of 27 steel beams, in preparation for its big move. The three-story building will be moved west onto a vacant lot, rotated 180 degrees so it faces south and returned to its original location. It will then travel north across Market Street and onto a prepared lot to the east. The move makes way for a new U.S. District Court building on the south side of Market Street.
