Who decides what should upset Americans? For instance, we are now expected to be upset that most of the oil we use is from foreign countries, that we should be using our own oil and becoming oil independent. Wouldn't it make more sense, in the long run, to pay a little more now but use the other countries' oil supplies? Then when they run out, we still have our own reserves.

And we are also supposed to be upset that millions of noncitizens are coming illegally into our country to take the low-paying physical jobs, but we are not upset that our country's corporations — specifically Rocky Mountain Power — are now owned and operated by foreign countries.
