Freshman Auna Janis' second-half goal helped BYU upset No. 19 Miami in Coral Gables, Fla., Tuesday, 1-0. The loss was the Hurricanes' first of the season.

"The team really wanted to bring the energy and excitement of playing at home with us on the road," said head coach Jennifer Rockwood. "They were anxious to prove themselves against a very good team and they came out strong."

Senior forward Katie Larkin, making her return to the team after missing two games with a broken wrist registered four shots in the first half.
