Joe Aiello has been appointed managing director of Norwest Corp., Craig Acott has been appointed president of Norwest in Canada, and Richard Dawson and Steve Cameron have been appointed senior vice presidents. Aiello will have overall responsibility for Norwest's operations.

Trent Ferguson has been named vice president of sales and marketing for Employer Solutions Group. Ferguson will oversee all sales and marketing policies and parameters for ESG. He will direct the sales team in Utah and provide sales support to the teams in Arizona and Colorado. He has been at ESG for more than six years in various positions, including benefits manager, human-resources consultant and manager of life- and health-insurance groups. His education includes degrees from Brigham Young University.

Bob Reed has joined Cameron Construction as sales and marketing representative. Reed has been in the commercial construction industry for more than 25 years in sales and marketing. He also has experience in the construction of structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings.

Sheridan Black has been named assistant director of admissions for Argosy University in Salt Lake City. Black has more than 24 years of experience in admissions and higher education. Her education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

• International Armoring Corp. has announced that Mark F. Burton has re-assumed the roles of president and chief executive officer of the company. Burton is the company's founder. His career includes time as an accountant at a major accounting firm. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Andrew Lambert has been named a business banking officer at U.S. Bank Small Business Banking in Salt Lake City. Lambert is responsible for obtaining and managing client relations for the bank's small-business banking team. He has been in marketing, sales and business development for 10 years. His education includes degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.

Jacob Cheung-Ka Ong has joined the Salt Lake City office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione as an associate. Ong worked as a summer associate in the Salt Lake office in 2007. Ong's education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Joe Ross has joined Axial Biotech Inc. as vice president of strategic initiatives. He will oversee Axial's efforts to identify, evaluate and pursue new opportunities in molecular diagnostics and will help coordinate the company's long-term business strategy, solicit investment backing and expand development partnerships. Ross has more than 12 years of experience in orthopedic medical devices and biologics, most recently as vice president of global marketing for another company.

John D. Johnston has been named senior managing director for operations at Phase 2 Consulting. He has nearly 17 years of hospital-based financial and operations management and consulting experience. Most recently, he was vice president of a division of an alliance of more than 200 nonprofit health systems.

S. Todd Adamson has been named to succeed Dale E. Catten as chief executive officer of Cyprus Credit Union. Catten will retire in January as president and CEO. He has been with the credit union for 31 years. Adamson has been the company's executive vice president.

Tanya Vea has been appointed a senior account executive at Kim Brown and Associates. She will be responsible for managing a key account list for KBA, as well as new business development in traditional and non-traditional areas. Vea has more than 14 years of experience in news media, advertising and promotions, most recently serving as the news director of a local television station.

Kevin Krohn has been named district manager of in-store retail banking for U.S. Bank in Salt Lake City's north district. As district manager, Krohn oversees U.S. Bank's in-store branch banking business in the district, which consists of 10 branches. Previously, Krohn had been a district operations manager for U.S. Bank Retail Banking in Phoenix.

Jason Coulam has been promoted to chief operating officer at Prosper Inc. He previously was executive vice president of fulfillment at the company. He has nearly 10 years of experience at Prosper, being the longest-serving employee aside from the founding team. He has worked in every department of the company. His education includes a degree from the University of Utah.

Jason Barber has joined Arrow Quality International as director of sales and client relations. Barber is the co-founder and was director of marketing and special projects for Seatability.

Tom Carlin has been named president of Inovar. Carlin has more than 15 years of executive management experience, most recently as president and chief operating officer of an automotive performance company.

Paul Norat has joined Well Renewal Inc. as chief executive officer and a member of the company's board of directors. Former CEO David Rees will remain involved in the company, assisting with various mergers and acquisitions. Norat previously was president and CEO of a financial services company and has worked as chief operations officer, vice president of marketing, director of marketing and investment analyst at a pair of other financial services firms. His education includes a degree from the University of Utah.

Michael Bucheit and Robert McCarthy have joined Consonus Technologies Inc., and Will Shook will assume a new role at the company. Bucheit is executive vice president of corporate development and will be responsible for collaborating with the company's management team in the creation, development and execution of a formal corporate merger and acquisition strategy, and will be actively involved in the company's efforts to raise capital. Prior to joining Consonus, Bucheit led the launch of a U.S.-based company's investment-banking business in Canada as managing director of the company's technology group. Bucheit has also served as a partner, a merger and acquisition executive, and in corporate development and finance at other companies. McCarthy is executive vice president of sales and marketing. He previously was president and CEO of a hosted Internet protocol services company. He also was vice president of sales for the Florida and Caribbean region for a software company and worked 16 years in several capacities for another. Shook, formerly head of sales and marketing, has become executive vice president of channel alliances. Formerly head of CTI's sales and marketing and solutions consulting and delivery organizations, Shook has served in several executive roles during 18 years with the company.
