You see them on the street corners as you drive past in your Tahoe filled to the brim with frozen pizzas and "healthy" choice meals in plastic bags. Who are they? None other than your local farmers selling produce. As you spend your money at Wal-Mart or Costco, tossing your money nonchalantly toward large and foreign corporations, you neglect your fellow Utahns. Using fresh Utah-grown produce and actually creating a meal of your own may prove more satisfactory and even fun. Try enjoying the food you eat and support the local economy at the same time.
