MORGAN — A fire that burned five acres of range land Tuesday afternoon in a small Utah town is still under investigation.

Fire officials first received report of a blaze in Croydon — 11 miles east of Morgan — around 4:30 p.m., and fire units from Summit, Weber and Morgan counties responded, said Sam Briers, Davis/Morgan District Fire Warden.

The fire has been contained, Briers said, and no one was injured. A couple of power poles, fencing and range land was burned. Officials have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
