Was: 2. Points: 334. Last week: Beat Lone Peak, 28-3.

Outlook: T-Birds looked like their usual, dominant selves in methodical win over Lone Peak. Next up: at Payson, Sept. 19.

3. Cottonwood (3-0) Class: 4A

Was: 3. Points: 324. Last week: Beat Pine View, 52-23.

Outlook: Blistering win over Pine View leaves no doubt about Cottonwood's credentials as the Colts head into Reg. 6 play. Next up: at Murray, Friday.

Outlook: QB Jake Soffe tossed four first-half touchdowns as Bingham finally recorded its first win of 2008. Next up: vs. Jordan, Friday.

10. Pleasant Grove (2-1) Class: 5A

Outlook: P.G. continues to be impressive as it ripped through Riverton in Week 3. Next up: at Copper Hills, Friday.

Outlook: The humble pie fed to Pine View by the Colts couldn't have tasted very good at all. Next up: at Las Vegas, Nev., Friday.

Outlook: After falling behind against rival, Braves reeled off 17 straight points to pull out the win. Next up: vs. Bonneville, Friday.

18. Juan Diego (3-0) Class: 3A

Was: 25. Points: 105. Last week: Beat Cyprus, 33-0.

Outlook: Juan Diego still hasn't been tested by a good team yet, but you can't find fault with what the Soaring Eagle has accomplished to date. Next up: at Wasatch, Friday.

19. Lone Peak (2-1) Class: 5A

Was: 18. Points: 85. Last week: Lost to Timpview, 28-3.

Outlook: It will be extremely interesting to see how Knights fare in nonregion tilt against 3A power Park City this weekend. Next up: at Park City, Friday.

Outlook: Just how much better this edition of Riverton football will be compared to previous editions remains TBD after Silverwolves fell last Friday. Next up: at Hillcrest, Friday.

Outlook: On the heels of a hugely encouraging preseason, the Titans look to build on the momentum in Reg. 1 play. Next up: at Viewmont, Friday.
