America's Got Talent (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Ten acts perform tonight; another 10 on Wednesday; eliminations are on Thursday.
Frontline (7 p.m., Ch. 7): Bush's War is an excellent three-hour look at the decision to invade Iraq, the execution of the war and its aftermath. (R)
Privileged (8 p.m., Ch. 30): Debut of this really promising, highly entertaining new show that captures the spirit of the late, lamented Gilmore Girls. Recent Yale grad Megan (JoAnna Garcia) becomes the tutor to orphaned teenage girls whose grandmother is a billionaire. It's funny, smart and has a lot of heart.
Fashion Rock (8 p.m., Ch. 2): I'm a little unclear about how this ties in to New York's fashion week, but Denis Leary hosts two hours of music that features performances from Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey, Kid Rock, Fergie, Rihanna, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake and more.
The Shield (11 p.m., FX): Vic's plan to stir things up between the Mexican and Armenian gangster succeeds at least when it comes to fomenting violence.
The Rachel Zoe Project (midnight, Bravo): This new reality show follows Zoe, who's a stylist to the stars. In the debut, she's frantic to find the right dress for Joy Bryant to wear on the red carpet. Well, at least nobody is voted out every week.
