John McCain's choice of Sarah Palin as the vice presidential nominee unexpectedly revealed just how biased most of the American media are. I did a Google news search on Palin's name Friday. The Washington Post reports on a Palin-focused ethics probe as though that had been McCain's announcement. MSNBC wants the world to know that — in spite of being a woman — Palin denounces abortion (as though all women should be expected to support it).

There were dozens of other negative and nitpicking stories about her by the major news networks. It makes me wonder if this so-called "news" would've been picked up if Palin had been the running mate of their venerated Barack Obama.
