It appears not all of us are suffering from the economic downturn. At least four members of the carry-over Jordan School District board of education have increased their yearly stipends from $3,000 to $24,000 over the past 13 months. Quick, math students, isn't that an 800 percent increase? This from the same group that tried to cash out their unneeded health benefits for several thousand dollars a while back.
The never-ending soap opera of the Jordan School District split continues.
Just remember, they are doing all this for the kids' benefit.
