OREM — The Owlz scored nine unanswered runs after falling behind 1-0 to come up with a big win over the Casper Ghosts on Friday.

Angel Castillo blasted two home runs on the night, but it was Roberto Lopez's three-run shot in the seventh inning that put the game out of reach. Jayson Miller allowed just four hits and no earned runs, striking out eight, to improve to 7-2 on the year.

CHUKARS 4, RAPTORS 2: At Ogden, the Raptors fell to Idaho Falls despite Kyle Russell's two solo home runs in the late innings. With the loss, Ogden fell another game behind the Owlz for first place in the Pioneer South.
