PARK CITY — A benefit for Aidchild, which provides care for AIDS orphans in Uganda, will be held tonight at Iron Horse Gallery in Park City.

The fundraiser will feature paintings by Ugandan artists. Proceeds will go to Aidchild and its homes, clinics, schools and microbiology laboratories in Uganda. An Aidchild pilot project in the Kijjabwemi Village of Masaka, Uganda, has been selected by the U.S. Agency for International Development to serve as a model of pediatric AIDS care for orphans in Africa, according to the organization's Web site.

The gallery event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Iron Horse Gallery, 1205 Iron Horse Drive. For more information, call 435-615-6900.
