A Sandy woman has been charged with attempted homicide after police say her drug dealer was shot during a robbery she helped orchestrate.
On Aug. 6, Rosalee Maree Berry, 24, arranged to buy drugs from a man near 4650 South and 4000 West, according to charges filed Wednesday in 3rd District Court.
When the dealer arrived, Berry and two passengers in her black Dodge tried to rob the man, according to the charges. When the man resisted, he was shot twice by an unknown man and twice by an unknown woman, court documents state.
The dealer was thrown out of the Dodge after his drugs and money were stolen, according to the charges.
Berry faces one count of attempted homicide, a first-degree felony, and one count of robbery, a first-degree felony.
