World events, especially the Russian/Georgian conflict, bring into clear focus the question: Can America really afford a Barack Obama gamble? Do we really want a rookie senator as president when the Russian bear is growling again? Do we really want a rookie senator as president who would elevate the terror-supporting tyrannical governments of North Korea, Iran, Venezuela and Syria by putting them on the same level as America?

Obama simply is not mature enough in the world of foreign policy or legislative policy. Despite my reservations about John McCain, I'd rather have a trained fighter in the foxhole than an advocate for "surrender at any cost."
