A Holladay woman has been charged with attempted murder after police say she stabbed her live-in boyfriend.
On Wednesday, Tiffany Fawn Blair, 29, called police and reported that her boyfriend had been stabbed and was lying on the floor of their apartment at 4838 S. Highland Circle, according to charges filed Monday in 3rd District Court.
Blair later admitted to police that she had stabbed Peter Holden, 35, during an argument in front of two children, according to the charges.
Police said Blair stabbed the man multiple times at least 90 minutes before she called police. Holden suffered a punctured lung and a laceration to the atrial vein of the heart, according to the charges.
Blair faces one count of attempted murder, a first-degree felony, and two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, both third-degree felonies.
