I agree with Mark Bradley (Readers' Forum, Aug. 10). The two "front-runners" of the coming presidential election are poor choices, at best. But that is typically the case with every presidential election. The problem is the vast majority of people feel they must choose between two sides of the same coin.

The reality is we have multiple candidates we can throw our support behind; Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Ralph Nader, just to name a few. If they stand little chance of being elected, it is only due to the American people's fear of swimming against the current. It is not throwing away your vote to vote your principles.
