It's always, easier to criticize something created by someone else than to create it yourself, but in my opinion the Days of '47 Parade was the poorest I have seen. Where were the old wagons, stagecoaches, beautiful horses, rigs, buggies and old cars? President Thomas S. Monson would have looked good in a 1917 Model T. and Sen. Bob Bennett in a 1926 Essex.

I missed the unicycle that is usually there.

The marching bands provide an opportunity for young people to participate but contribute very little. And commercials now ruin the parade.
