A Maryland woman was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash last week at the Salt Lake City International Airport.
The crash happened July 22 outside the airport's Terminal Two, and the woman died Friday. Few details were being released by airport officials. Late Thursday, airport spokeswoman Barbara Gann identified her as Patricia Dawn Jordan, 65, of Oxford, Md.
"We extend profound sympathy to the victim's family regarding this tragic accident. A thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident is ongoing. Specific details are not available until the completion of that investigation," Gann said in a statement.
The Salt Lake City prosecutor's office is conducting the investigation.
