Is it "I" or is it "me"? More and more it becomes obvious that people don't know how to reference themselves in a sentence. The misuse of "I" and "me" has resulted in an almost universal default to "I" in every instance. I have even heard well-known journalists who don't know the proper usage. Actually it's really quite simple. For example, no one says, "Will you go with I to a movie," yet that is exactly what they say if the invitation includes another party — "Would you like to go to a movie with my wife and I?" (Ouch.)
