July 24 celebrates the pioneers. And where better to do that than at the Daughters of Utah Pioneers July 24 open house? Running from noon to 5 p.m. at the DUP Museum, 300 N. Main, the event features games and stories for children from 1-4 p.m., nonstop music, refreshments — as well as a chance to see some of the clothes, tools, vehicles, housewares, toys and more that were actually used by the pioneers. It's a great way to learn and appreciate what they did.
