All roles are open, ages 18 and up. Prepare an upbeat Broadway musical song — you must provide your own accompanist or bring a minus track. A CD player will be provided.

Performers 18 and older are needed. Men ages of 18-65, women 18-35. Come prepared to sing 16 bars of a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be provided; bring sheet music. Head shots and resumes are encouraged.

Black singers/actors and strong dancers are needed. Performers who would like to audition for a dance-only role may attend the dance audition on Friday.

Bring 16 bars of a classic musical theater piece in the style of the show — an accompanist will be provided. Along with roles for adults, there are limited singing roles for children, 8-12 years old. Children must have an adult with them at auditions.

"Page-to-Stage Festival," Wasatch Theatre Company and the Utah Association of Community Theatres (U-ACT), July 19, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Studio B, Rose Wagner Center, 138 W. Broadway.

The festival features a full-length original play, "The Better Part," and several short original plays written by local playwrights. The annual festival also features stage readings of original work. Roles are open for adults of all ages. Those auditioning will be asked to read from the script. Resume and head shots are preferred but not required.
