Ogden Pioneer Days kicks off Saturday with a farmer's market and a performance by comedian Frank Caliendo.
The festivities resume Sunday evening with a pioneer fireside and fireworks, both at Weber State University.
The market will be at the Ogden Municipal Gardens on Historic 25th Street, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Later, at Wiseguys Ogden, Caliendo, the stay of "Frank TV" on TBS, will perform at 8 p.m. Ticket prices range from $20 to $40. For more ticket information call 801-395-3227.
Also on Saturday will be the Great Basin Antique Tractor Show at the Ogden Municipal Garden, 25th Street and Washington Boulevard, 8 a.m..-1 p.m.; the Aggie Car Show at Liberty Park, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; and the Junior Posse Jamboree at Ogden Pioneer Stadium, 5 p.m.
The pioneer devotional will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at the Dee Events Center, with Elder Marlin K. Jensen of the LDS Church's First Quorum of the Seventy.
