A human skull found in a Tooele home is now at the Utah State Department of Antiquities and Archeology. Otherwise, there are no new developments in a mystery that could span decades.

The skull is small and is missing the lower jaw. It still has remnants of hair and tissue attached.

It was found Monday in the attic of a home near 200 West and 100 South when roofers removed part of the roof.

It was first given to the state medical examiner's office earlier in the week. Police are continuing their search for previous homeowners.
