OGDEN — The Orem Owlz scored two runs in the 10th inning to pick up a Pioneer League road win, beating the Ogden Raptors 5-3.

The Owlz pulled ahead in the10th when Angel Castillo scored off of a wild pitch to Donato Giovanatto. Luiz Jimenez added the final run after Alberto Rosario hit a line drive to center field.

The Raptors pulled ahead in the second inning when Kyle Orr scored due to a missed catch error by Owlz first baseman Gabriel Jacobo. Ogden held on to the lead until the eight inning when Rosario hit a grounder to bring in Luiz Jimenez and tie the game.

Both teams remained scoreless in the ninth inning to extend the game into extra innings.

After his costly error in the first inning, Jacobo came through for the Owlz at the plate, going 3-for-3 and adding two doubles.
