FARMINGTON — Registration for the 15th annual Antelope by Moonlight Bike Ride is now open.

The noncompetitive ride will be held July 18 at 10 p.m. under the full moon and is open to participants of all ages.

Registration forms are available online at www.daviscountyutah.gov, and early registration is available through 4:30 p.m. July 3.

Registration fees range from $15 to $25.

The 22-mile ride starts at the Antelope Island Marina. Once participants get to the halfway point, Fielding Garr Ranch, refreshments will be served, and prizes will be awarded to participants who choose to dress up as their favorite creature for this year's theme: "Creatures of the Night."

The grand prize is a new bike from The Biker's Edge.

Costume judging takes place at 9:30 p.m. before the ride.

State law requires that night riders use a working headlight and reflectors. Helmets also are required.

Lights and helmets will be sold at the site.

Proceeds from this event go to Antelope Island State Park projects.
