OREM — Habitat for Humanity of Utah County has several events happening now through the first part of July. Listed below is information about these events.

• Envision Lending Group's Black Tie Ball — Envision Lending Group will celebrate its fifth anniversary with a Black Tie Ball Saturday at the Capitol Rotunda beginning at 6:30 p.m. The evening will include dinner, dancing, fundraising and more. • "Day at the Beach" — As part of the America's Freedom Festival at Provo, Staker Parsons is teaming up with Habitat for Humanity of Utah County, Neighborhood Housing Services of Provo, and Rural Housing Development Corp. to sponsor the annual "A Day at the Beach" event for kids (and kids at heart) July 3 from 6 to 9 p.m., July 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and July 5 from 1 to 8 p.m. The event will be located near 200 W. Center in Provo and will feature Staker's gigantic sand truck, prizes, and information about local housing programs.

• John Canaan concert/seminar — Local singer, songwriter and author John Canaan will hold a concert/seminar fundraiser for Habitat July 10, at 7 p.m. at the Grove Theater in Pleasant Grove. The event will include inspirational music and ideas to strengthen personal relationships. Tickets are $10.
