CLEVELAND — Raymond Philyaw threw six touchdown passes, leading the Cleveland Gladiators into the playoffs with a 47-35 victory over the Columbus Destroyers on Saturday night.

Rookie Randy Hymes had four catches for 78 yards and three touchdowns, and Otis Amey added three catches for 71 yards and two scores for the Gladiators (9-7), who clinched a berth in the National Conference playoffs.

Matt Nagy threw for 293 yards and three touchdowns, and C.J. Johnson had 11 catches for 173 yards and one touchdown for the Destroyers (3-13).

CRUSH 51, BRIGADE 27: At Denver, John Dutton threw for 288 yards and three touchdowns and ran for another score in the Colorado Crush's 51-27 rout of the Kansas City Brigade . Willie Quinnie had nine catches for 81 yards and a touchdown for the Crush (6-10). D. Bryant three four touchdown passes, and Charles Frederick had five catches for 117 yards and a TD for the Brigade (3-13). Former NFL quarterback Quincy Carter was 7-of-12 for 73 yards and an interception.

RAMPAGE 86, VOODOO 70: At New Orleans, James MacPherson threw seven touchdown passes and ran for three other scores, leading the Grand Rapids Rampage to the playoffs for the first time since 2003 with an 86-70 win over the New Orleans VooDoo. William "Roc" Haith had two interceptions and Chris Johnson had two touchdown catches for the Rampage (6-10), who have won three straight.

Danny Wimprine threw for 358 yards and eight TDs, and Javarus Dudley had eight catches for 138 yards and two scores for the VooDoo (8-8). New Orleans' loss clinched a playoff spot for the Orlando Predators (9-7), who have been in the postseason 17 straight seasons.
