My wife and I recently completed a trip across the United States and came away with a singular impression. The highways that we traveled were all clean and neat, and the trip was very enjoyable. Our question that we kept asking ourselves was, why does I-15 between Salt Lake and Provo continue to be strewn with so much debris?

The difference between that stretch of highway and what we saw across the nation was remarkable. Please, Utah, do something! I can only guess what people driving through our wonderful state must think.

Are we anesthetized to the problem or are we really that slovenly? Let's get our home cleaned up!
