David A. Baglee, co-chief executive officer of IM Flash Technologies, will be the keynote speaker June 26 at this year's first Utah Technology Council Utah County Breakfast at Thanksgiving Point.

The event will be from 7:30 to 9 a.m., and Baglee will discuss "Adapting in the Global Marketplace."

Baglee is responsible for co-leading the IM Flash joint venture between Intel Corp. and Micron Technology Inc. He is also vice president of the Flash Memory Group for Intel.

The council also is offering three clinics this month with an international flavor.

"Tapping Into the Foreign Workforce: Practical Tips and Strategies for the Responsible Employer" will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. June 24 at 111 E. Broadway, Suite 900. The discussion will be lead by Tim Wheelwright and hosted by Durham Pinega. The event is free and reserved for member executives of technology companies.

"International Clinic II" is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 26. It will be lead by Barbara Bagnasacco and Lew Cramer and hosted by Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, 201 S. Main St., Suite 800. It is free and reserved for member executives of technology companies.

"Conducting Clinical Trials in Asia" is scheduled for 3:30 to 5 p.m. June 30. It will be lead by Young Jack Lee and hosted by Nelson Laboratories, 6280 S. Redwood Road. It is free for UTC members and $25 for nonmembers.
